Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

You can return new and unworn items within 20 days of delivery for a full refund. After 20 days, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Items returned for a full refund must be unworn and unwashed. If the item appears to have been used or if the tags have been removed, it will not be eligible for a return. We will pay the cost of return shipping if the return is the result of our mistake (if you received a wrong or defective item).

Several types of products are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Some health and personal care items.


To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

- Book with obvious signs of use

- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error.

- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. You should expect your refund within 3-5 days after your return is shipped.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info.karomba@gmail.com and send your item to: Almirante Guitian Vieitio 35, 30740 San Pedro del Pinatar, Murcia, Spain.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when you purchased it, or if the donor received the order to ship later, we will issue a refund to the donor and he or she will find out on your return.


Shipment

To return your product, you must mail it to: Almirante Guitian Vieitio 35, 30740 San Pedro del Pinatar, Murcia, Spain.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
